The solution can also be used to handle claims submissions, store medical records and manage documents, among others. A personal health record portal for patients enables them to track appointments, build medication history, make payments, receive appointment reminders and send text messages to their doctors. Pricing is modeled with a one-time setup fee followed by a monthly subscription fee for each registered user.
