Summary: I would definitely recommend using this service as it made my life 100% easier and I see myself using this service in the future as well as recommending this service to others.
Positive: Emails sent out very quickly, worked as planned, no API downtime, very easy to use once you get the hang of it. I used this service as a method to mass email market to my customers and all of the emails sent generating more activity on my website.
Negative: Although it is a wonderful program, starting was a little tough but it takes virtually little to no time to learn how to use the service.

Perfect for even a small company as ours Date: May 23 2022
Summary: Might be a con but I thing it is more of a nice to have so I put this suggestion here. I would love to have a template that i could use for all or at least most of the different channels. Say I want to send a message to all my customers but only have phone to 30%, e-mail to 50% and fax to 10% and the rest is a mix between fax and postal address. It would have been nice to have one template build a complete message to all. Where I also could se what the different messages would look like so I could adjust the text accordingly. If I combine with SMS i know it will be only text and a short text whilst the rest might get also a picture and som extra text. If i can see it before sending it it will give me an even easier way to communicate with my customers and I can accept to use this system for all my communication even though i have to pay a small amount per message (even for e-mail). The functionality and ease of use will still make it much better.
Positive: Extremely easy to use still the support is there if any thing happens or if i am unsure on what to do or how to get the best result. I get a great overview and see the results directly which is very good even though I guess it is even better for larger companies as mine is possible to overview anyway. I also love the fact that you can mix the channels and not only use SMS and MMS.
Negative: The statistics is a bit limited as it only shows the last month and I would like to dwell into the history of all transactions and look for previous campaigns etc. Might be that I am not an expert and that there are functions for this but the it might be in need of an easier setup to allow me to understand this better. But overall the system is very effective and I can't find many cons with the actual service.

Summary: Once the information is in the program we find it easy to use, cost efficient and wouldn't be without ClickSend to run our communications.
Positive: We run a trucking business so need to send out a roster to our drivers. This changes daily as do the drivers so the ability to select who needs to get the message makes logistics so much easier. Any notification during the day is a simple click and send. The ability to set up categories is great, we have drivers, shareholders and owners. This makes it easy to find who we need to message.
Negative: I guess it was just different to what we had previously used so it took a bit to set up and get used to using.

Summary: Whenever there's a public holiday we need to contact our customers about changes to repayments billed that day. It's so easy to upload a list of contact numbers from our system and send a message to affected customers.
It's amazing to see how quickly customers receive messages and take action. They just weren't seeing their reminder emails.
Our tech lead connected it to our loan management system so repayment reminders automatically get sent 3 days before they're due. This has had a huge impact on repayments being made on time. The boss loves it - for a few cents, our collections team save so much time chasing overdue payments.Positive: It's so quick and easy to send a campaign, the application is pretty intuitive.
Connects easily with the software we use.Negative: We didn't prepare for the sudden surge in loan repayments and calls requesting extensions the first time we sent a campaign. We made sure to be ready the second time!

Summary: Overall, ClickSend has been great for sending SMS in bulk, and the price is very reasonable for the excellent service.
Positive: Sending SMS is quick and easy and importing contacts is very simple and intuitive. The customer service is also excellent as my questions were answered very quickly.
Negative: I haven't come across any significant cons, but more free credit would be great.

Summary: ClickSend helps my business. It's easy to use, and they have online chat if you need extra help. Pretty cheap too.
Positive: I use SMS to communicate with my clients, reminding them about paperwork and applications that need to be completed when building a house. The ClickSend website is easy to use to send messages, including an address book and templates that make it quick for me. I get replies back to me email too.
Negative: I didn't know emojis can make your messages more expensive, but their online chat were helpful and explained it to me.

Summary: Overall, by far the best messaging provider. I have been looking for a service that would allow me to send sms texts in bulk and I came across ClickSend. Things were very easy to get started and I have been very pleased so far. The cost was also very reasonable compared to others and I like that fact that I only have to pay for this service when I use it.
Positive: Super reliable and easy to use. Great price and a heap of integrations. We got up and running in minutes.
Negative: No major cons encountered. Could probably have better tutorials.
