Negative: Nothing yet.. it has been great. functionality and options configuration is on point.

Summary: My overall experience with Click Maint has been really positive. The software offers a very seamless user experience, robust functionality and intuitive design that caters to all aspects of maintenance management.

Positive: Started off with the free trial and right away, it was easy to setup and administer.
Once we created an account, the support team was great with moving our equipment list, inventory and routine maintenance schedule into Click Maint.
Everything ties seamlessly together, Assets, locations, inventory and PMs.

Negative: So far, so good. I haven’t had any issues using Click Maint.

It helps us to stay on top of scheduled preventive maintenance, equipment warranties, contractors and repairs and costs. We get notifications when maintenance is required. The mobile app makes it easy to manage work on the go. It's easy to use, affordable and quick to set up.

Positive: Easy to use. Great value for you money. It was very fast to set up and get started - within 2 weeks. The support team is great and it took almost no training to get going.

Negative: The mobile app is missing some of the features that are on the web version but wasn't a deal breaker for us.

Summary: We have been noting our savings ever since we chose Click Maint CMMS. At first we were worried our team would not actually use the program, because not everyone on the team is tech savvy. But the mobile app is so easy to use that everyone actually puts it to use!!! Wish our team implemented this software years ago.

Positive: Our team uses Click Maint to help us stay on top of things. We use it to effectively manage our work orders and repairs. We use it daily to schedule maintenance tasks. Notifications are received in a timely manner.

Negative: I honestly can't really say anything bad about the software, we use it every day and it gets the job done.

Negative: -mobile app is not as robust as desktop version although I understand that the mobile app is being constantly updated. not too worried about it.

Summary: Overall AMAZING product. The set-up was way easier than other programs. Any issues I had, were quickly addressed and fixed.

Summary: I couldn't ask for a better product for my company. The app makes this product very easy to use. It definitely saves time!

Positive: It is easy to use and the customer support is great. This software was really easy to set up and get our staff using it.

Negative: Software is pretty basic , hopefully future updates will have more features

Negative: Limited functionality in the mobile app but Click Maint is constantly improving this, so I feel this won't be an issue in future.
