    Positive: Started off with the free trial and right away, it was easy to setup and administer.
    Once we created an account, the support team was great with moving our equipment list, inventory and routine maintenance schedule into Click Maint.
    Everything ties seamlessly together, Assets, locations, inventory and PMs.

    Positive: Easy to use. Great value for you money. It was very fast to set up and get started - within 2 weeks. The support team is great and it took almost no training to get going.

    Negative: The mobile app is missing some of the features that are on the web version but wasn't a deal breaker for us.

    Summary: We have been noting our savings ever since we chose Click Maint CMMS. At first we were worried our team would not actually use the program, because not everyone on the team is tech savvy. But the mobile app is so easy to use that everyone actually puts it to use!!! Wish our team implemented this software years ago.

    Service delivery was great from the start, with staff responding to my queries within 24 hrs (this is great when we are on the opposite side of the world!)

    Positive: Anyone can submit a maintenance request via a QR Code (can also be locked down).
    Software available via mobile app.
    User-Friendly.
    Minimal training required.
    Functionality is suited to our needs.

    Negative: Limited functionality in the mobile app but Click Maint is constantly improving this, so I feel this won't be an issue in future.
