    Summary: I'm so impressed by Classter. The Team has been so supportive, responsive and kind in the implementation process and the training. We highly recommend Classter as the CRM solution for language schools and so much more.

    Positive: I like the detailed options that Classter gives its users. They are flexible to adapt functions so they suit you and your users perfectly. Classter is a comprehensive CRM that gives schools modules that will make their lives easier by having all needs fully covered.

    Negative: I think it will take a bit of time to fully learn how to use Classter, however with the support of the Classter Team, I am beyond confident I'll be able to master all aspects of the CRM.

    Highly recommend Classter to any language school

    Summary: We recently switched to Classter CRM from our own customized open source solution, and we couldn't be happier with our decision. The platform is highly adaptable to international language schools, and with the help of Classter's team, we were able to seamlessly integrate features like homestay, textbooks inventory, agents with gross and net invoice system, and medical insurance modules.

    Positive: Flexibility, ease of use, helpful team, adaptable to international language schools, including agent net & gross invoice system, homestay and textbooks inventory modules. The team is incredibly professional and productive, and we feel confident that our data is secure with their system. Highly recommend Classter.

    Summary: So far so good. We chose this solution based on price compared to our current MIS but also the flexibility and the customisation available. We can also streamline our systems and get rid of some software and subscriptions as these services are available in Classter e.g. PTC conference scheduling, whole school calendar management.

    Positive: Customisable so we edit fields and terminology easily.
    The ease of use and the intuitiveness of the system.
    The speed support answers when tickets are raised and the help is useful and supported with screenshots to help you solve your issue.
    Onboarding has been fairly easy
    Just paying for the functions we need. For instance, we are an IB school and use Managebac so don't need the academics module
    The price is very competitive especially as we are just paying for the modules we need.
    Because of the flexibility and the functionality provided within the modules, we should be able to streamline our systems for instance using the Classter Library module instead of our current system, separate PTC conferencing software won't be needed.

    Negative: Not sure yet, we haven't been using it long enough to comment fairly on this.

    Summary: The systems is an excellent education management system that I can recommend any education institution to consider implementing.

    Positive: The system can be easily adaptable to the clients' needs and requirements.
    It is very use friendly and is ease to learn when given instructions or training.
    The pricing is very reasonably affordable and supportive for medium size organizations.

    Negative: While the training is conducted by an expert at the client's request or specific scheduled times, it is more advisable and preferable to have automated pre-recorded training manuals on all the Classter Modules and Functionalities to ensure self- training and reference by users without unnecessary human involvement.

    Summary: Classter is a great SIS that has helped a lot our institution, one of the great features they have is that they can develop solutions tailored to your organisation, and that has helped us a lot.

    Positive: They are very good at customisation, sometimes it takes time to get used to it and optimised for great efficiency, but every time it gets better.

    Negative: The UX and UI could be improved, and sometimes the same action could be done by different ways, and that can cause confusion.

    Good Start - Helpful Support

    Summary: Classter has so many facets it can manage - we are just starting out, but looking forward to how this system will transform the way we work, plus provide a better experience for our students.

    Positive: The customer service is very good and quick response overall. The system is very configurable, which is great! The help to get it working according to our needs is very appreciated. The team listens and comes up with the solution that will make the product work well for us. It will be great to have all of our student information in one system that can manage it all!

    Negative: There have been some configuration glitches, but the team is quick to respond and sort them out when possible. There are a few things that the system cannot do, but we have found good work arounds - these are nothing critical. All the essentials are very good.
