Washington County Social Media Archiving Review Date: Apr 09 2025
Summary: Great product. Keep moving it forward. We love the ability to browse and deep search information on posts and the ability to go back to find specific information for departments.
Positive: Love the dashboard.
Would like to see some more administration reports such as range of dates for record volumes so we can report to our Board of Supervisors.
A report with Web Snapshots and errors or inactive URLS. The link is great but would love a report as well.
Thank you for making it SSO so we could move forward with the implementation.Negative: Would like to see more Monitoring and Alert Options.
