Summary: I think Cisco Webex Meetings is well suited for group discussion meetings in schools/universities, executive meetings in organizations using Cisco Telepresence equipment, and real-time streaming of events to external sites such as YouTube or Facebook live. For small organizations, holding meetings for their day-to-day operations is a good thing. So far, compared to other apps I have used, the app experience is really very good. Therefore, I thank the team for their hard work and hope they can still update it better than today so that it can reach the level we expect it to reach in the coming years.

Positive: My favorite main option for this software is connections from other sources, such as cell phones or other connections used for audio connections, which helps me a lot when I get stuck on a slower Internet connection. So far, Webex is the best ever, and its speed and ease of use are threatened. As I mentioned, ease of use does apply here, because what I like most is the option to join the meeting once the connection is established and the security that applies to the meeting. Also, the speed described above, even at slow internet speeds, there is no lag, which makes the application the most used.

Negative: Compared to the desktop application preparation, there are fewer things that I really dislike compared to the software. Whenever I connect through desktop application, sometimes it takes a long time to attend a meeting, which will gradually make your career better. I hope this will be improved in the next version.

Summary: Cisco WebEx is a specialist in webinars, long and short meetings and is recommended to reach both low and high audiences to share all the information needed in real time offering us also, despite the limitations, the best experience in audio and video quality. We were able to attend schedule and record all meetings from a remote server, which helped us to reach more people when our consultants were not online to be able to give the meeting, we only had to play the video and that if you see the magic.

Positive: It has shown us the possibility of scheduling every meeting invitation email that we do within the office. From any device is very easy integration to each meeting with a simple click. there is total synchronization between the mobile version and the web version there is no interference between one and the other if any attendee is connected from any option. one of the biggest advantages that has Cisco see record and save all meetings for reuse in the future.

Negative: Sometimes the quality of video and audio is very low because this program has a low bandwidth consumption integration which generates us not to be able to give the customer the best quality but what the program allows us the moment. This also affects when we try to share images we need to share clearer images to our customers.

Summary: With the current pandemic, the need for virtual meetings has increased and Cisco Webex has been our to go tool. The tool is very reliable, stable, and easy to use.

Positive: Setting up a meeting or conference call is easy.
The audio and video quality are unmatched.
The tool never lags as long as network is stable.
Many people can join a meeting.

Negative: The benefits of Cisco Webex are immense and hence I have no complains.

Summary: The software is nice and clutter-free. It has a good communication and chat facility with other meeting setting options.

Positive: Cisco Webex adds a formal touch to the group video calls, which increases the overall productivity and gets work done.

Negative: The waiting feature needs to be worked on. It disconnects all users every now and then.

Positive: It's a robust tool for online meetings. It's been a long since I have started using Cisco Webex for professional and personal use and found it pretty reliable. It streams high-resolution video ( on cross platforms ) which is best about this tool.

Negative: Sometimes it's very tough to log out and log in. Takes a very long time to load.

Summary: Overall, I recommend Cisco Webex to every professional for their business video conference. Works great on mobile and desktop platforms. Loved it.

Positive: From setup to attending meetings Cisco Webex is the best web conference tool for every professional. It gave us a frictionless video experience with multiple smart and useful features. I like the interface it's very user friendly.

Negative: Few times it stops responding while joining the room.

Positive: One of the best app for professional meetings including the best features and other CISCO support tools. We can use this software for conferences, business meetings, and HR for interviews. I used this software personally and found a better tool than others in the market.

Negative: Paid for business purposes but a good tool for daily use in meetings.

Summary: Its UI and security make this app more valuable than other so I recommend this one to everyone either business meeting or conferences or events.

Positive: I personally used this product and I can say one of the best and demanding product for business meetings and other event. Fast secure and reliable product by Cisco really great and you can also use it other tools for developer purpose.

Negative: No any cons great tool with high security and good features.

Summary: We use this product daily and has been essential to our communications while working remote. This product is well known as a standard across many companies and have had little issues with users not being able to meet us in our virtual rooms.

Positive: Fantastic for organizing events for large groups and panels for employees. The platform is easy to use and install with customer service ready to help if needed. New features and updates are a plus with instructions on learning new features for new users. Rare technical issues but easily resolved with support and restarting platform. Easy to schedule on calendars and connectivity with other platforms such as Outlook.

Negative: Technical issues such as audio and video can be user specific and were sometimes hard to diagnose. Playing videos used to have issues with lag and choppiness however this seems to have been improved as of late with new features.

Summary: I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking to lead virtually during the pandemic. Additionally, this platform allows connectivity across states irrespective of a pandemic.

Positive: I liked the ability to meet remotely with my team when in person options were impossible. This platform allowed me the opportunity for continued leadership without sacrificing the integrity of my team.

Negative: I didn't like the lag time from implementation date to proficiency with my my team. The learning curve was larger than I expected, however, I received excellent service from Webex during that curve.

Summary: My overall experience has been great, with being able to connect to meetings from all different platform devices simultaneously. It was an easy and great experience, highly recommend Cisco Webex.

Positive: Cisco Webex is an amazing web Conference tool. It helped us to remotely attend meetings or plan for tasks with our inbound teams. On the positive side, it's easy to use, gives excellent video streaming, also comes with great features to make meetings seamless.

Negative: No cons, I had a great experience using this for our online meetings.

Positive: It sets up really very fast, because of its super intuitive interface. Its interface is visually beautiful. The best thing about Cisco Webex is its high definition video as well as audio quality in the free plan. From setting up to attending meetings everything was fun and seamless.

Negative: Just a few minor cons I had. Overall it's a great tool.
