Positive: It does exactly what you need a data room to do for due diligence requirements without a bunch of confusing bells and whistles. If you have all of your files properly arranged in advance, you can literally have it up and running in minutes. I love that I can drag and drop al of my folders and files and it retains all of the structure. Setting permissions is also easy to do. It would be difficult to make an error with setup and access.

Negative: I honestly can't think of any cons aside from the sales person from our old VDR provider calling all the time wondering why our deal flow to them has dried up.

Task management feature is the feature which I most liked as one can get quick glance of the assigned task, completed and created task without much juggling about tasks. "Quick Tour" feature also gives good knowledge about the product to vey new users and new users can get minimum knowledge about the use of each feature.

Negative: The interface can also have some AI integrations for advance features especially to load data in bulk or for easy searching.
