Summary: Great experience, somewhat easy to work around the limitations, Customer Service is responsive and always polite and helpful.
Positive: Easy to use, easy to learn, video tutorials are short and to the point, chat support is quick and responsive, the texting feature is very helpful, and reports are easy to produce and manage.
Negative: I want the ability to generate a new reservation invoice of a current guest (like the Non-Reservation Invoices).

I would also like it to be friendlier when making a reservation for the Long Term guests (month to month). It seems it's not designed for a guest to stay longer than 3 weeks.CampLife Company Response -

Summary: I recommend CampLife BIG TIME. They are wonderful to work with and are quick to answer my questions and are there to support our campground.
Positive: Easy to use. Amazing Customer Service. I love their custom reports and that they have their own Credit Card Processing. Their new feature Events and Activities is fantastic for our birthday parties etc.
Negative: Nothing really. I am looking forward to their upcoming food and beverage feature. We will use it with our restaurant.
