Positive: CallTrackingMetrics provides power to our call centre. Automates the call flow. Our service, marketing and sales team use this software to manage their communications. Easily integrates with Salesforce, Google Ads, Zendesk, Facebook and many more. Marketing tool kit is awesome.
Negative: Very good software, they also offer local toll free number. No dislikes.

Summary: Love it. Has definitely helped my company in growing and being able to understand patient trends and letting the staff know that they are being observed.
Positive: This has helped with training and retention of patients. Texting is amazing, reports are amazing and super important.
Negative: Somewhat expensive as it is based on minutes and texts.

Summary: All in all, CallTrackingMetrics is a great and efficient system that facilitates an employee's ability to take inbound calls and make outbound calls without technical issues. Everything is recorded and monitored to ensure the quality of an agent is on par with expectations. CallTrackingMetrics is the best system on the market for what it offers.
Positive: The ability to record and monitor an employee's calls efficiently, and the ability to make calls with little-to-no technical issues. In addition, there are a multitude of features that allow you to run reports and pull calls on a specific criteria.
Negative: Sporadically, CallTrackingMetrics servers may temporarily fail and disrupt business productivity.

Summary: CallTrackingMetrics is very powerful at an affordable price. The phone route settings allow us to manage the phone calls from different marketing channels while the integration with Google lets us see where are the customers coming from when they initiate an online chat.
Positive: Great integration with Google and other platforms. The chat widget is also great for our websites! Our team members wouldn't need to log in to different platforms to get the work done.
Negative: The settings could be a little bit difficult for new users. With their hands-on onboarding team and monthly webinars, we set it up for everything we need.

Summary: Very benefited by CTM and the detailed information they provide with each call. The features they offer to make filters and organize information are stellar.
Positive: It's such a benefit to our company to use call tracking metrics to track our client's calls because it helps us determine what marketing services are producing results and what needs improvement.
Negative: I appreciate the help articles a lot, but oftentimes the setup of a new client is difficult and has a lot of hoops to jump through.
