Summary: I have used the Caiman for years, in my role as maintenance manager of the Helicopter Fire Brigade Unit, Genoa.
Positive: Caiman is an excellent product that offers all the tools needed by a fleet manager. Airworthiness, maintenance, inventory management and flight operations are all fully integrated, greatly facilitating the job of the CAMO manager and maintenance team.
Start-up assistance and operator training are very good and punctual. Definitely recommended.Negative: No cons, really. Every single aspect of my work is covered properly.
