    Summary: One of the worst companies to deal with.
    Good luck reaching them IF they are still in business.
    Their Facebook, LinkedIn and every other social media post is years out of date.
    No email address returns undeliverable. They just don't care to respond.

    Positive: Useful to manage data and get your forms for employees.

    Great for testing your email system to irritate the admin trying to find emails 'that must have responded by now'
    Great example of how NOT to treat customers who need the product to function.
    Awesome copy protection that doesn't find a license key when you log in after the 'update'

    Negative: Horrific customer support. You cannot even reach sales to buy their product. It's been months of trying to find out why the system wasn't working.
    We paid them and entered the ghost world. NO ONE answers emails at this company. NO ONE answers the phones.
    Its like they closed up and still take payments. We are out this years fees and are now seeking fraud recovery from our bank as nothing works and they just sent a 'quickbooks' receipt.

    Summary: Good product, terrible support.

    Positive: Easy enough to use. The program has everything you need to administer COBRA.

    Negative: No support at all. When I logged on recently, it said I had to do an update but when I tried, the program said it could not find the activation key. I found it among the settings information so I don't know why it was not found by the program. I tried to find a phone number for support on their website, but there isn't one. The only way to contact them is through email, but I sent email to support twice with no response then one last week to support, sales, and customer service and have not received any response from any of these departments. Horrible customer service.
