Summary: I loved it, it's not free but it give me freedom to focus on other aspects of my business. Their customer services team is also very good and they really take care of you.
Positive: Easy spam policy and high deliverable, as my institute was new small business on the internet, it was hard for me to grow and email service providers keep marking my emails as spam whenever I tried to contact my leads, Bulk Response took care of that issue and allowed me to all the emails I wanted to send
Negative: They don't have trial version and I had to go in blind.
