A very simplistic open source bug tracker Date: Jun 10 2020
Summary: Every engineering company needs a good bug tracker irrespective of its size. You could get a lot more if you're willing to shell out cash but Bugzilla is just as capable, secure, and free. We use it in our company and have never considered anything else.
Positive: A complete bug tracking solution for both software and hardware related products. All this functionality in an open source software. The latest versions also have the best in class security built in. Cannot expect more!
Negative: Bugzilla doesn't really offer any customisation mechanisms to remove the clutter. You're more or less stuck with the default UI.
