Summary: Using Buddy Punch make attendance tracking so easy, The toll navigation is good for beginners and apply PTOs is not complicated on user's end.

Positive: GPS Tracking is best feature for employees working at home. Is not confusing how Buddy Punch rendered schedules on your portal.

Negative: I have not encounter any major issue. There are minor thing they can improve like, color coding for each employee, so it more easy to look on PTO calendar., but nonetheless everything is better.

Summary: Great system, very easy to understand. Unfortunately we can't use the phone app, per our company. But it is very user friendly.

Negative: We can't use it on our phone app because it's hard to prove if we are actually in the office. A gps tracker would be handy to verify where we are at checkin and check out.

Summary: Overall, I'd say this is an easy system to utilize and navigate. Even a novice can use it. I haven't had to use a time-system for work in more than two decades and figured it out.

Positive: Buddy Punch is easy to figure out and use. Even if you're not technologically inclined, a little navigating will get you a long way!

Negative: I had some trouble at first in the difference between entering time for work vs PTO times, but I played around with the site and figured it out.

Summary: I really like the punch in/out feature for our employees. Our customers also have confidence they know who is on the job via the GPS capability. The whole integration and set up was easy and our employees were able to get started right away. Customer support has been very helpful and responds quickly.

Summary: I think this could be one of my favorite time services. It is a natural feel and does not seem clunky with everything. It's not confusing.

Positive: I love that it takes very little time to acclimate to the program. It is user friendly and does not feel like it needs to be explained to me. I enjoy using it.

Negative: The admin imposed limitations or lack of use of implementing the onboard features, such as adding the schedule, or allowing mobile punch.
