Summary: Our Account Manager and the support team along with the system itself has been over the top and we have had no significant issues.
Positive: Since we were starting a new business 7 years ago and had no experience with a POS system, we just started researching and making calls and the interaction and dedication of our Account Manager for Brilliant sold us over the rest.
Negative: We have no regrets with the purchase of our system.

Summary: I've had a very positive experience. Customer service is very helpful and quick. I love that it allows transactions if you briefly lose internet.
Positive: This POS system is easy to use and only takes minutes to train new employees on. The reports that it provides and inventory are very helpful.
Negative: I can't think of anything I don't like about the system.

Summary: So I go online to schedule a product demo, because I need to at least get some idea of what this system does, and five minutes later Stuart calls me to gripe that demo's are only for new customers. If I want help, I have to pay. If I could give Zero stars I would but you have to give at least one. We are going to sell their equipment and get another system.
Positive: You need support after the sale for a POS system. This is not your company. My father was sold this system for a medical marijuana dispensary (an application for which this company accurately states this product was not designed, but for which they inaccurately claim they will not sell) by a man named Stuart about 18 months ago. He bought a year of training for $399. He also has been paying $69/month for technical support.
Negative: Well, the year of training he bought happened to be the COVID year. Anybody remember COVID? We never opened. Now we are trying again and need the training. Stuart, who sold the system to my dad, says that we will have to pay $399 for a new year of training. Though we never used any training at all (remember COVID?), we will need to pony up another $400 to get any help. "What about the $69 a month for eighteen months?" I ask. "Technical support and training support are not the same thing," Stuart says.
