    Summary: Ontario Reports has been a major benefit for CSA and has proved to please clients with their reports. I would recommend this to anyone who it would be compatible for them.

    Positive: 1) The simplicity of Ontario Reports as well as the accuracy.
    2) The finished reports feature and how much it can be specifically customized to your needs.
    3) The automation feature
    4) The very quick response times when needing support

    Negative: If enabling auto scheduler from within Ontario Reports was able to always be enabled regardless of if the program was running or not or if the user chose to turn it on. I wish there was a way to always have it enabled unless manually turned off by the user. There may be a way to do this too, but I am just not aware of it. Other than that, I do not have any cons!

    Summary: Great product. A must have for viewing, fliting, and exporting reports on databases. Also have the options to create custom reports and export in many different formats.

    Positive: Easy of use of viewing databases and exporting reports. Much easier viewing database as an end user.

    Negative: Can be a little tricky to setup. but once it's setup its all good.
