Summary: Although we wish it had more complete functions within human resources management, it can save a lot of work for recruiting and interviewing prospective employees. It has very efficient job posting software and reliable recruitment systems.
Positive: The functions provided by this program can be very useful in human resource management; talent acquisition, appointment scheduling, resume analysis. It offers applicant tracking functions that result in resume evaluations, background checks and the most notable of all is its ability to make 50 job postings through different channels.
Negative: It has many shortcomings within human talent management since it does not provide goal setting, training or job performance management. The application is limited only to operate under applicant tracking functions, recruitment and recruitment of personnel for the company.

Summary: This is one of the best platforms you can get to work with for hiring and application process tracking. With BreezyHR it is possible to replenish staff in a short time as it has integrations to search pages for job proposals. BreezyHR is an excellent option to guide and coordinate interviews.
Positive: Automating employee lists is productive for payroll management, as it is an excellent way to connect all workers' information and their respective results to make it easier to mobilize them when creating reports and, consequently, payment processes. Integrates well with professional search platforms.
Negative: BreezyHR is possibly the most expensive human resources (and human talent) management software on the market, with a price tag of up to $150 per month as a base price, which is too much money considering that there are ATS services with the same qualities for relatively cheaper prices.

Summary: Overall I think it's a great system. My recruiter, Richard Harper, uses it more than I do and he is navigating and learning new things all of the time.
Positive: I like the simplicity of it and the ability for everyone to be on the same page so to speak. It's easy to use and my managers like it.
Negative: There is no way to print off the application that is in the system in order to put it in our personnel folders. Or if there is, we haven't found it yet.

The easiest ATS I've found Date: May 14 2019
Summary: We are beyond happy with Breezy! It has completely changed the way we onboard and give a great experience to candidates regardless of their success. Special shout out to Julia who puts up with all my ridiculous support questions.
Positive: At our organization, we are running a one-person operation in the talent acquisition department and in an industry that suffers high turnover and low retention, Breezy allows us to stay organized and deliver an on-boarding experience that people truly find value in. Additionally, Breezy is constantly listening to their customers on feature requests which is by far the coolest part of the experience.
Negative: Usually I try to find something objective for this column as well but honestly, I'm quite pleased. I was hoping for a faster launch regarding Canadian criminal record checks / vulnerable sector searches but I understand that may be out of the control of the development team.

Such a dream product! Date: May 14 2019
Summary: As soon as I arrived in my current position I insisted we use Breezy. And it has made me look VERY good. Now our recruitment is much more sophisticated. And we can handle 4x the applicants.
Positive: So easy to get up and running, so much functionality, intuitive and not intimidating for a non technical end user to setup. They are always adding new features. Responsive customer service.
Negative: Price possibly. If I wrote more here I would be making things up, it's great.

Summary: The structure of BreezyHR has allowed us to create different assessments at certain points that the HR department chooses, which is useful for recording patterns during job interviews and during each hiring process in general, thus establishing our own priorities at the level of recording.
Positive: By using BreezyHR we can make evaluations of every employee that comes to work for us, and during the hiring process it is easy to stay properly organised by using its resume analysis system, useful for creating comparisons between candidates, and knowing who is the most qualified.
Negative: There are no negative opinions about BreezyHR, which has been useful for tracking our employees during their probationary periods, and during our criminal background check stages, which cannot be done by most human resource management services. It is excellent for screening employees.

Great budget ATS option Date: May 29 2020
Summary: We have been using Breezy HR for over a year now and really love the Startup Plan. It's a great ATS if you're on a budget but need the basic functionality of an ATS with just a few extra bells and whistles. Their support team is always quick to help and the UI is always easy to navigate.
Positive: The features of Breezy HR are all easy to use and intuitive. I love the automatic syndication of job posts to online job boards which has saved our organization a ton of time and increased applicant flow.
Negative: Duplicate candidates are possible and sometimes difficult to track.
