Brainstorm QuickHelp makes end user training easy Date: Sep 30 2024
Summary: Overall it is a good solution for us since we do not have a dedicated training department. This fills a need for the organizations we support.
Positive: Easy to deploy and add organizational entities. We can allow team administrators to handle a lot of the administration effort which relieves IT to do other IT things.
Negative: Not a Brainstorm problem but sometimes teams onboard but then do not use the training resources.

Summary: Overall, we are happy with BrainStorm! Their platform is easy to use, has engaging content, and is easy to provide to our employees through longer learning skills paths or short, 1-2 minute clips to learn about a specific area of Microsoft application quickly.
They're going through an update to make the user and admin experience even more interactive, intuitive, and easier to create, upload, and consume the content.
Our CSM regularly communicates with me, customizes monthly plans for our team, and is all about making my role as an admin easier and creating excitement in the platform for our employees to continue using BrainStorm.
Lastly, their support is unmatched, efficient, and thorough. Not once have I been left to fend for myself, no matter how many questions and follow-ups are needed.Positive: Customer success manager accessibility and involvement.
Their support team members, the ticketing system, and their self-help community forum for questions and suggestions.Negative: Early in our time with BrainStorm, we had a revolving door of customer success managers, making it hard to build relationships and gain traction on plans. This was ultimately resolved satisfactorily.

QuickHelp is by far the best solution for O365 training content Date: Dec 07 2021
Summary: Whenever I talk to someone who tells me they are going through any kind of Office365 changeover, I always ask them if they are familiar with Brainstorm and Quickhelp. Instead of spending hundreds of hours building content that has to be constantly updated, Brainstorm has provided you a one stop shop of constantly growing and updated material that can be consumed on demand. They also offer great webinars on a monthly basis that expand understanding even further. It is simply the best solution I have ever found for O365 material and I absolutely love working with the Brainstorm staff.
Positive: I loved the organization of the videos. I could search for a topic and then find that it was part of a series of videos on that topic. That would encourage me to start at the beginning and learn even more than I initially set out to learn. That is a super subtle way to get information to users without requiring them to know what they don't know to start with.
I loved the reporting aspect on the back end. I could see which courses my users were most involved with easily. Every aspect of the back end administration was really easy to learn and the support from Brainstorm when I had questions was second to none. It was just a terrific experience all the way around.Negative: I would have like it to be more robust as an LMS. It has that capability, but I believe it is first and foremost a content library and secondly a content host. It is a little limited as an LMS compared to other software out there, but their content more than makes up for it.
