Positive: My small non-profit uses Box as our main storage system for documents we'd like to share among our team members or save for future reference. In general, box.com does what is intended to do--keep your files secure and accessible from anywhere in the world. But their per-seat pricing plan can mean it's a very expensive option for those that just need these basic features like us (this is why we're switching to another provided). That said, there may be more advanced functionalities that we are not taking advantage of.

Negative: In my opinion it's quite expensive for a pretty basic service. Its interface is relatively efficient, but has no innovative design elements.

Summary: Sharing and storing files has worked well for us in our organization which in turn reduces time taken as no movement takes place while transferring files.

Positive: Box has improved user community in our organization.

Summary: This cloud storage tool allows me to save any important documentation without having to have so many storage disks in my work environment, but I can back up everything in the cloud with only the Internet connection, since the applications that are installed in my different devices are not very heavy and do not affect the performance of my devices. I understand that there are business plans that have unlimited capacity, but when it is not required to have all these features and what you want is to work with the basics both individually or with a team in a collaborative way, the 100 Gb falls short with the storage capacity that is needed currently, since the files that I handle with my work team are very heavy and both the load and the storage capacity that Box offers for teams is very short. That's why I had to upgrade to the business plan which has features that I'm not using and what I want to pay is for more GB of storage and upload, without having so many overwhelming tools.

2- Some documents cannot be viewed in the web version of Box. Positive: Box has totally revolutionized the way we transfer files in our company, it is essential for us to have a stable system where we can share files and receive files without having to move from our work area. Box is implemented in all our work areas, as a real estate company we feel the need to transfer files in the cloud without the need to use removable drives. Box has played an important role for us, the cloud storage system is secure on any scale. What I liked most about Box was the following:

1. When I share a file, I have the ability to see how many people have accessed that file. This function is very important for me as I can know exactly which users have accessed to view or download this file. Maintaining privacy in our company is important, so this feature lets us know if the other person has shared the file with someone else.

2. Box allows us to add passwords to all the files we share through a direct link. With Box we can share files just by sharing a link, and the key for each link is essential, this helps that no intruder can access this file without an authorization key.

3. Box's free trial system is very beneficial for new users. When I first started using this platform, I signed up for the free trial and was really pleased with the cloud storage system that worked so fast and smooth, I immediately felt that it was necessary to purchase a plan for our corporate sector. It has a free trial without so many limitations.

4. The App for mobile devices is very stable when uploading and downloading a file, in addition, you can download a file with the application in the background, unlike other cloud storage platforms that only allow uploading and downloading files if you stay in the App, if you leave it is automatically canceled.

Box has behaved wonderfully, there have been a couple of errors when opening some documents and videos from the web version, these files cannot always be opened normally and I believe that this error should be fixed as soon as possible. Positive: Box is a fairly complete platform that has allowed us to have quite beneficial cloud storage despite the short time it has been working in our work sector. - When I open my Box session on my iOS device, all the information from the cloud is stored on the device so that when I don't have an internet connection, I can access those files without the need for the internet, this is fantastic and it's something that I really appreciate. Few software offer today.

Negative: During my experience with Box, many positive factors have emerged that have made me consider this system as one of the best ways to have files and documents in the cloud, however, they must correct an error that has always been present since I used Box, this error is as follows:

- Not all Office documents can be opened in the Box cloud, and not all videos can either. On several occasions I have presented failures to open videos in Box since this software does not recognize all the currently existing video formats, which has forced me to have to download them to open them from my computer. When I try to open documents of type .excel or .word, some open normally but others throw a format error, causing the document to not be able to be edited or opened within the Box platform. They should optimize the file display system within Box, this would ensure that users have a better experience without errors.

Summary: Although we have found in Box a prominent amount of shortcomings in terms of activity management. It has been very useful for us to move important information of our company to any place that has internet. At the same time, we have an acceptable amount of information storage that other similar applications do not provide.

Positive: Box has provided us with a storage relief and a very useful tool to request relevant information anywhere. It allows us to store important data by syncing it to a cloud and we can later do a search from its Google Chrome extension for any previously uploaded audio, text or video files.

Negative: Being basically an application for storing, importing and exporting different files online, in its description it details that we can manage different business functionalities. However, the application does not allow us to perform activities such as project, schedule or task management.

Summary: Document management is critical for business and Box has been very helpful. The tool is secure, easy to use and access and makes content collaboration seamless.

Positive: I like that setting up Box is seamless and the tool is very secure.
Accessing Box is easy since it is cloud based.
The tool can be accessed from any device which is amazing.
It also comes with enough cloud storage.
The software is affordable.

Negative: I have never experienced issues with Box. It is one of the few flawless software.
