Property Management System that is affordable and feature rich Date: Jun 01 2020
Summary: Very happy and I think their support is top-notch. There is no product I've seen that has this many cool features at a price below 250/month. And I have searched hard to find a better deal.
Positive: The features they have, such as integrated Channel Manager, Self Check-in systems (both for mobile phones and also for kiosks), Concierge, and their easy interface has all the 'bang' without the big monthly price. I've been using them for 2 properties since 2003 and the systems only get better each month.
Negative: I wish their mobile app had more PMS features (and reports!), it's mostly targeting their Concierge system they call MyGuest. But I can load the PMS on my mobile phone, so it's just a little 'squeezed'.
