Summary: Pretty good! Easy to understand and use, has helped the company gain an understanding on our US customers.

Positive: Useful to help us understand our customers, who is buying and where, what demographic ect. Allows us to generate useful reports, easy to export the information, the platform is easy to use too.

Negative: Wish there were more export filters (only exporting certain regions, ages ect.) And also when the file is exported, it would be useful to have the age alongside the DOB (to avoid having to do formulas to calculate this en mass)

Positive: Feature rich. Competitive pricing. Excellent UI/UX. Robust API library. Multiple configuration options. Turn key integration. Responsive and smart customer support. I can't say enough good about this team.

Negative: Honestly none. For real. At every turn when we needed integration assistance or asked for additional functionality in their product, BlueCheck stepped up to plate, either addressing the issue quickly or entering into dialogue and working something into their product backlog.

Summary: We would recommend BlueCheck. It is easy to use and we get fast assistance when needed. What more could you ask for?

Positive: The BlueCheck Team, has been extremely helpful. Any time we need assistance with a verification, their team responds in a timely manner. We are able to get customers squared away very quickly with BlueChecks assistance. The system is very user friendly and easy to manage, which we appreciate a great deal.

Negative: We have not came across any issues with BlueCheck, they have provided excellent service.

Summary: You can certainly try others as we have done, but in the end this was still the best choice for our company.

Positive: I have spent a lot of time determining the Best Age Verification for our website. BlueCheck has worked the best, no interruption in approvals, no waiting till Monday and losing a sale.

Negative: None! This site has worked with minimal issues. When we did have an issue, they were available to help.

Positive: We have been working with BlueCheck for several years and our experience has been excellent. The platform is friendly and contrary to our previous provider we have access to all verified data. Customer Service is also excellent and concerned.
Since we sell tobacco, every transaction is verified. When BlueCheck hasn't seen activity for a while, they contact us to see if everything is okay, because it could be an integration issue. Very easy to integrate.

Negative: We found nothing to criticize about the service. If we could suggest something it is only that they should add by default that the client provides his date of birth, because there could be situations of father and son with the same name and address; this would make a big difference.

Summary: As a small business, we have been using BlueCheck for 6 years to verify the age of our purchasers since we are in vape business. It has worked great so far and we have no complaints!

Positive: Consistent as we have been using it for multiple years .... reliable as we have never got complaints ... peace-of-mind for small businesses since it is a requirement for our industry!

Negative: There has been no such cons that we discovered yet.
