    Summary: Terrible service on processing the transaction. Customer Support is terrible and after creating a ticket, no response or update.

    Positive: The ATM was easy to use. Receiving an email stating the transaction was received and is in the "Processing" state.

    Negative: Completed a transaction and 1 day later it still is is not processed, created a ticket and no response to the ticket, hunted for a phone number, left messages as there is no one to pick up the call. Terrible customer service and responsibility.
