    Summary: Very good experience i am generating profit and of course every once in a while some losses in my trades. Also, I trade manually sometimes. I am planning to upgrade to have an advisor.

    Positive: I loved the approachable customer service.
    I have been using the effective automated robot and the experience is great. I love the easy user interface.

    Negative: I would like more coins to be added. As promised from Bit200 account managers, they will add in the future more coins.
