Likelihood to Recommend to Others1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10Typical Corporate Money Grabbers Date: Oct 26 2023Summary: Terrible company, I hope they read this and understand they are taking away $950 from a pediatric cancer fundraiser.

One of the most cliche corporate money grabbing companies with no empathy for those in need.Positive: Site was okay. Did its job. It’s what I’d expect when paying $950 for a website for once year, nothing special. Negative: They automatically charged us $950 for a second year or use when we stated we were only signing a one year contract. They stated that they notified us that they reached out 60 and 45 days prior, which is an absolute lie as there is no messages in any stated inboxes from the point of contact email. Read More...

Likelihood to Recommend to Others1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10Bidding for Good renewal trap Date: Feb 20 2023Summary: I am so upset they charged me for a second year when it was clear I only wanted it for one event. I had used the platform a few years before and it was easy to learn so good for an understaffed organization but not worth it with the dated designs, technical glitch and tiny renewal trap. Positive: It is a pretty good platform for an online auction and ticket sales. Easy to use. I liked that you can use a phone version at the event. Negative: Biggest issue is that if you do not cancel the subscription 45 days ahead of your annual initial purchase date, even if you say you only want it for one year, they automatically charge you over $800 again. Also, there was a major technical glitch that automatically upped people's bids on them. Bidding for good never figured it out. Luckily, our bidders were very kind and took it in stride except one that will never give us her email address again. Read More...
