    Terrible and over priced

    Summary: The worst experience of my life!
    Customer services don't call. You just get poorly written emails that are duplicated over and over

    Positive: It does boost the WiFi further... But that's about it!
    I can't even think of anything positive to get this over the 100 characters

    Negative: Customer service is terrible, rude and unhelpful.
    None of the advertised features work.

    Summary: Scam!!!! Do not fall for the free trail scam! They will not accept the product back and continue to charge your company.

    Positive: Terrible product that was very generic. They make it impossible to cancel! Warning do not fall for this scam! Use a legitimate company this is not.

    Negative: They make it extremely difficult to cancel! I have been trying to cancel for 6 months! Before the trial ended and they are still charging my card!

    Summary: Horrible, waste of money, old tech, no customer service.

    Negative: Everything. Service never worked with my Comcast router. Out over $$500 for this useless service. Then 6 months after I returned the 'box' which is a wi-fi extender from 2017, they are still charging my Amex. They said the box never showed back up. with their shipping label? total scam, run far away and don't turn back.

    Run the other way!

    Summary: We own a restaurant in NY and wanted to try this product for email capture and we couldn’t find a company to beat the price (now I know why ugh). It took forever for the box to come and after it did, it didn’t work and we had a hard time getting anyone to help us. After stating in writing that we were not moving forward after the 30 day free trial as the box still wasn’t working at all. After a month of wasting our free trial time, we sent the box back and asked to not move forward with the actual service. We have come to find out they have been charging my us monthly for a year saying we never returned the equipment. We’ve had to report them to our credit card company to get our money back despite asking them to work with us directly to solve it. BEWARE.

    Positive: Cheap and seemed like it had the features we were looking for. When they were trying to get our business the sales service seemed good.

    Negative: The equipment never worked when we got it. Horrible customer service trying to get it work. The entire “free trial” time was spect trying to get it hooked up… we never even used it.
    Charged us passed the trial when we stated in writing we wanted to stop. A year later and they have been charging us monthly saying they didn’t get their equipment back.

    Summary: Unless you know that this is what you want, don't try it. It's not worth the hassle they will make it to cancel.

    Positive: Some of the features looked great and useful for a business wifi solution, but I was never able to get them working.

    Negative: It wasn't particularly easy to setup for a small business owner. You are automatically upgraded from the trial to the highest paid plan, and they make it very hard on you to cancel.

    Very rudimentary service

    Summary: I had this Beambox device/service installed at my restaurant for a few months. Do yourself a favor and don’t even expend the effort of a free trial… this solution is incredibly and frustratingly basic. It’s cheap but it’s still not worth the money. Basically all it does is prompt your wifi users to like a Facebook page or Twitter account and nothing more. You can achieve these simple things without using this software or paying for it. This is a field where all other companies affordably offer so much more. Support is also rude and conceited. Normally I would say it’s great to support a company small enough where the owner is hands on, but I cannot say a single positive thing about what this company actually provides. Disappointed I wasted time even trying this. I don’t understand what possible client could be happy with this product unless they are just unaware of what else is out there.

    Positive: If I’m being honest, there really are none, though I suppose I could say that it is very easy to use and they offer a free trial.

    Negative: Very basic service,
    Severely lacking in features,
    Overpriced for what you receive,
    Rude/inept support.
