Summary: I bought two programs for one email address, one for myself and the other as a gift. The first one was ok, the second one didn’t work. I wrote to the support service many times about this, but the letters did not arrive and I wrote and wrote again and again. The long-awaited answer actually amazed me, they say I bought it as a gift but I’m logging it in the program.... I have a question, what difference does it make who logs into the program? I BOUGHT it and use it as I want. Honestly, it’s very unpleasant to read this. For my own money, many months of incomprehensible, meaningless correspondence. The issue has not yet been resolved. 45 dollars bye Bye
Positive: The program is easy to use. Don’t count on help from the support service; you will wait weeks or more for an answer. There are no positive aspects in the work of the support service. Alas.

Summary: Find a better program. Don't give your money or time to this scammer. My business lost out on a lot with this program. He doesn't care. You email him with problems and he will laugh and call you a liar, scammer, or a child. Save yourself money and time by finding a better program.
Positive: I was able to make some of my artwork into patterns. Program wasn't hard to use or learn. Had what I needed with it in the paid version.
Negative: My money was stolen by this scam artist when I paid for the version I could download and print my patterns as well as upload and sell. I lost my money both to that and on all my artwork he still has in his program that I cannot use. Customer service from him is a joke. He insults and berates you. I was told act like an adult to get my stuff back. I told him I just want my product fixed or a refund. He has called people liars and scammers.
