Positive: Basecamp is an amazingly innovative software that seems to sometimes predict the future. Really it just handles commands amazingly and seems to constantly learn.

Negative: Learning the UI can be a little tricky. Not any harder than another new software.

Summary: I must emphasize that this platform is one of those that has provided the most changes and benefits. Within my technology services company, we are constantly developing new projects so that our clients can get better technological services, whether for application development or web development, and this platform has been relatively useful for our team to stay together, as they can share tasks, exchange tasks between themselves, execute tasks jointly and much more, all in order to provide progress in each of the projects executed. The project management features of this platform have really left me shocked, I am completely grateful and satisfied with the results obtained so far, I have been using this platform for more than a year and the changes I have noticed in my company have been incredible, I have been able to manage even more projects around my entire company and in the different sectors of it.

Positive: Within this enterprise project management platform, I have seen several positive things that attract me about this platform, due to its great usefulness and the way it allows me to manage projects simultaneously. The things that I liked the most were:

1- One of the main positive features of this platform is that it has a fairly complete prediction system, which is capable of comparing all the results obtained in a specific time, within a project, this allows you to obtain a prediction about the results that you can obtain in this same project in the long term, this helps you a lot when making decisions within each project.

2- I also liked the way Basecamp has allowed me to have complete budget management for each of the projects. This platform provides me with a specific section where I can manage all the resources and all the general budget specific to each project. This is relatively useful for our company, since we are constantly updating the number of projects in our portfolio. Therefore, having a platform that helps us control expenses in each of the projects helps us to reduce costs and generate the same results.

3- I loved the way I can work together with the help of this platform, since it allows me to work on a project together with different employees. The platform allows me to add the number of employees I want for each of the projects. This makes it much easier to compute each project in less time and provides a usefulness of teamwork.

4- I also liked that with the help of this platform, you can see in real time, the tasks that are being executed by each of the employees, in addition, you can also see the history and the record of the tasks that are pending to be executed, in this way you can keep a complete control of the tasks that each of the employees execute within a specific project.

Negative: In general, I consider that Basecamp has had a very noticeable utility within my technology company, because we are constantly renewing our project portfolio, therefore, this platform is useful to add projects and be able to execute them in less time, in general, this new platform has not provided any type of negative characteristic, in this way we have been able to execute projects without any type of interruption, it favors teamwork and working constantly, since the platform does not have any type of failure within it, we consider that everything is fine within this platform.

Summary: For teams searching for a simple and easy-to-use platform for project management and collaboration, Basecamp is a great option. It is an excellent choice for small to medium-sized teams with clear project objectives because to its simplicity and emphasis on key features.

Positive: A real-time chat function called Campfire and message boards for asynchronous collaboration are both included in Basecamp. These features improve communication inside the platform by facilitating official and informal team interactions.

Negative: Basecamp is really good at being simple, but it might not have all of the sophisticated capabilities that come with more sophisticated project management software. Businesses with extremely complex project management requirements could find Basecamp's feature set to be too limited.

Summary: In general, Basecamp has provided significant results in the management and organization of all our projects. We have been executing projects on this platform for approximately 3 years and I must admit that the difference has been noticed compared to old platforms, Basecamp has made our projects reduce expenses, we have been able to make our projects not so expensive and thus have a return more exact, in addition, with Basecamp we have achieved that our employees perform a better collaborative work, now our employees can exchange ideas, exchange assigned tasks, distribute information through a chat and monitor the progress of each project in percentage terms. I find Basecamp to be a very powerful platform and am very pleased to be using such an effective tool.

Positive: The main reason why Basecamp is a good option for the administration and management of projects is because this platform has additional functions to manage the capital for each project and thus have a prediction of the results. This capital management feature is great because it allows you to add products, prices, remove repetitive products, gives you unnecessary product suggestions and thus you can save on the preparation of each project. Basecamp allows you to manage all the tasks and manage the status of each one, this will help you to have a continuous monitoring of the fulfillment of each activity related to each project, in addition, Basecamp allows you to manage several projects at the same time, in the main panel you will be able to see the projects that are being executed in each area of your company, is a very powerful tool that supports up to more than 5 projects simultaneously.

Negative: It is a quite complex platform to use, in addition, users can also present complexity in the initial registration of each employee in the platform, since it must be done individually for each employee, in addition, users must also learn to add relevant information to each task and much more, in general, the platform is very complex to use for the first time. Another negative aspect is the high prices that Basecamp manages, although this aspect has not affected us too much, we do believe that we could obtain better prices in Basecamp's annual plans to have a better ROI.
