    Easy to use CRM and best support & after sales service

    Summary: Very good experience and recommended for all in integration CRM, Call Center and Chats. Their ecosystem is the best.

    Positive: Use Barantum for few years. Their support is the best in term of service quality, product knowledge and fast respond.

    Negative: Nothing much to complain.
    Maybe some improvement for AI Integration which they said will be done in Q4 2023.
