    Summary: I'm using BN Touch like 1 year and this is a great and easy CRM.
    It makes my life easier, I totally recommended. Thanks.

    Positive: Easy to use, it here's so much that I can do to stay on top of my clients. I love the integration that it provides.

    Negative: None, i don't have any complaints about it, this system is really complete.

    Summary: So far since using it, I have enjoyed it. There has not been any major issues. I find certain aspects make my daily routine easier.

    Positive: I really enjoy the simplicity of one place to keep all parties updated. It is also very convenient to have a secure place for documents to be uploaded/shared.

    Negative: The email option has limitations on logging the contact when it is sent to multiple people.

    Summary: I have had a good experience with it so far, I have no complaints as far as the working aspect of BNTouch.

    Positive: The pros are it keeps you organized and everyone up to date on the loan process. It allows you to move files to funded, in processing, etc. I just wish our company would pick one portal to use instead of having several to use daily.

    Negative: It's time consuming to put everything into the system on top of everything else we have to use as far as portals.

    Look No Further for a Quality CRM

    Summary: I have used BPD and Jungo, and this is by far the easiest to use without having to sit on the phone with the customer service desk or creating a help ticket.

    Positive: Easily customizable to my tastes so I can see the loan information I want and nothing that I don't.

    Negative: When using a corporate account, the text messages to my clients come from a different number than my clients recognize. I wish we could change this.
