Summary: Absolutely love this program. The level of professionalism and value it gives our customers is awesome! Jobs practically sell themselves with this dvi. Techs can clearly see what jobs need to be done and retrieve past jobs as well.
Positive: Easy to use and see where your tech is on jobs.
Preformed annotations that can be added to pics with a short description.
Automated maintenance reminders.
Tech support is excellent and easy to reach when needed.Negative: Really the only con I have is that the DVI setup is a little tricky at first, But after watching a setup video a few times, it got a little easier.

Reporting aspect of the product is awesome we can find any issues that are going on in our business.Negative: No cons at the moment, when there is a support issue the team jumps right on it and helps to correct.

Summary: I love that this is a web based platform, it is extremely user friendly! Help is just a few clicks away and is very knowledgeable. I love this product!
Positive: Web based platform, no app to install.
Extremely user friendly and easy to understand.
Live up to date progress tracking.Negative: I am unable to text technicians from the platform.

Great Tool to Increase Customer Understanding Date: Mar 30 2023
Summary: Autoflow is generally reliable and easy to use. Customers find the DVIs to be clear and easy to understand.
Positive: Autoflow provides a great platform for communication with our customers in a manner that allows greater understanding of the needs of the vehicle. It offers a way for us to be transparent with our customers about the needs of their vehicles.
Negative: Autoflow customer data seems to be based on phone numbers which makes it difficult to separate a customer's personal and business vehicles when they use the same phone number for both.
