    Summary: We are currently using this crap and finding alternatives which led me to discovery of this page. Eventually things work, but it's really nightmares all over when you need to introduce new promotions during festive seasons.

    Positive: If I really have to say something good, that would be the people. There's always someone you can call and talk to.

    Negative: Super buggy, Inflexible.
    Only usable by internal staff. You touch it , you break it.
    Entire service goes down once in a while.
    Lame excuses for bugs.
    Ridiculous pricing for this quality of service.
    Reports are often wrong. Have to argue over it and getting charged to get it fixed.
