Company refused refund when I discovered within a few minutes it was not what I needed. Date: Oct 06 2025
Summary: Terrible. The instructions on their website on installation are poorly written, leaving the complicated parts unseen until after installation has not worked.
Positive: Nothing. I was unable to install it, and I needed software that would convert .eml files to .gml, and did not understand why it required such a complicated process.
Negative: I needed to convert .eml files to PDF, and thought that this might do it. I was working on a deadline, and thought it likely that the Demo version would not offer the capability that I needed. When I tried to use it, immediately after purchasing it, I discovered that implementation was extremely complicated, and required my changing my email settings, which I had not anticipated. I contacted support, and they insisted that they be given remote access. Not knowing the company, I was reluctant, and realized that this software was not what I needed. I asked for refund, and they refused.
