    Summary: Terrible because everything I gained from the marketing I have lost since you removed me from administrator. I am also locked out of my LinkedIn.

    Positive: No problem when I had rep support.

    Negative: When my rep quit no one let me know. When I went on to my work Facebook through Artur'in to post something it wouldn't let me log in or reset my password. So I went on my Facebook outside of Artur'in and found out Artur'in became the administer of my Facebook business, I am not. So I have to start over and will lose all my followers. All I want is someone to call me and log off as administrator and add me back on.

    Summary: Very deceptive sale and billing tactics. They change the terms of service with out having clients agree but then try to enforce and bill on non agreed items.

    Positive: Great sales pitch when they try to draw you in. They do not follow through on their promises. The dashboard is constantly broken.

    Negative: Poor ROI. System is broken often and does not populate the social media accounts that they indicated they would.
