Negative: After you cancel your subscription they continue to charge your credit card and then refuse to repay the money they took without authorisation. I call that criminal

Negative: they present themselves under other app names, get you to give out your credit details for the 7 day free trial, and then keep on charging you.

Summary: Awful. The product was extremely sub par and did not produce desired results. When requesting support was met with condescending ignorant support staff saying I should have read the fine print.

Positive: It was difficult to use and to get consistent results. It was not at all what I thought and would not produce results as requested.

Negative: Very misleading, I understood I was signing up for midjourney as it pops up and says mid journey on the search result so I proceeded to register for the trial period. I realized that it was not mid journey, but something else that would not produce the desired results. I cancelled immediately but they refused a refund. I'm still not clear that I was able to cancel so am filling a dispute with credit card company. Very condescending and un helpful support staff.

Summary: Once you enter your card, they charge you 7 dollars immediately, and it's $50 per month. Plus, to modify your own photos, it's $25 more. Liars and thieves.

Negative: I had an extremely disappointing experience with this website. Despite canceling my subscription multiple times, they continued to charge my account. Their website is poorly designed, glitchy, and anything but user-friendly. When I reached out to their customer service, I was met with repetitive, unhelpful responses that completely ignored the issue.

It’s clear that this platform prioritizes making money over ensuring customer satisfaction. Even after explaining the situation and their website’s failure to process my cancellation, they refused to take responsibility. I never even used their tools, yet I was charged unfairly.

Summary: I signed up and a month later canceled my plan but i have still been getting charged for over a year. Do not fall into this scam.

Positive: No benefits that differ from other more affordable application with integrity. There is literally no other pros.

Negative: I reached out last year to cancel my plan and terminate my account and they have still been charging me for a year. It is my own fault for not catching it sooner. Still be advise that your login user ID will not let you cancel the plan. You need to use the one given at the time of billing with is BS. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THIS APP.

Positive: Cynically amusing email exchanges with the “customer satisfaction” arm. A hilarious misnomer, that. It’s not an app, it’s three card monte on the internet.

Negative: BEWARE THE TRIAL FEE RIPOFF! A trial of the software will then be transitioned into a paid subscription. It is essentially a gotcha to gimmick potential users into unrequested membership. This is hardly best business practice. Expect secret unauthorized charges on your credit card, and zero help from the “customer satisfaction” arm. Avoid at all costs or be badly surprised.

The site doesn't work. It's a scam. To be fair, it might work 1 out of 20 times only. You will achieve nothing in 1 hour. All your effort goes to waste because the IMG generator doesn't work. Extremely frustrating and useless site with no customer support. Users are ripped off.

Positive: I was really disappointed with every output and I made many attempts during my free trial, nothing positive to say, nothing more to add here.

Negative: I paid for the trial, and believe that they should give a free trial even just for a day considering that the output of their AI images is terrible. I tried so many different options to get somewhat close to what I needed without much success. I found a different tool at the end that did the job beautifully. The most disappointing aspect is that they made cancelling their service so difficult and deceiving. So I thought I cancelled the account but they charged me 50 bucks for the following month. I had to go through the customer service to get it sorted out (cancel account, something that takes me 1 min to do with other platforms). At the end they didn't even offer to give my money back.

Summary: Every time I went to cancel it said my email was incorrect even though it 100% was not. Had to go through loops to finally get it cancelled.

Negative: This is such a scam!!! And they make it impossible to cancel your plan!! I signed up for one month and then cancelled it. It still billed me for two more months.

The customer service seems to be outsourced to agents and never solves the problem.
It requests users to get access with a bank account but does not provide easy access to cancel which costs time and money if not sanctified with the functionality and service.

Summary: Would never recommend this product. Customer service was rude and didn't listen to the problems and didn't try to fix.

Positive: None the platform did not work, I could not log in and they automatically charged me even though I couldn't use.
