Arclab Web Form Builder is a visual web form develoment software for Windows PC to create professional HTML/PHP online forms for your website without coding.
The forms generated with the program can be integrated into almost any website. The only requirement is that you can upload your own PHP scripts to the website and the web server supports the execution of PHP scripts.
Create a custom PDF document (e.g. invoice or contract) with data from the form and attach it to the email or autoresponder generated by the form.
