We often use this feature to help troubleshoot our driver's devices when their work app crashes or when we need to teach our driver's how to use our app system.

Negative: I'm overall very happy with the product, however, sometimes our devices can be disconnected from the management if it hasn't been used for a while. it'd be great if this can be optimized in the future.

Summary: Comes with a ton of features and overall very easy to use. It allows us to ramp up our operations a lot faster and smoother and their customer service is also quite exceptional.

Positive: It offers remote device screen view and remote control capabilities which allow us to see what's being displayed on our mobile kiosks and digital signage screens in real-time and be able to remotely connect to the device whenever needed to reduce device downtime and improve our user's experience.

Negative: Sometimes glitches happens after they release a new feature, but they are usually good at resolving them quickly though.

Negative: A bit bummer that it does not offer support for OS devices yet.

Positive: Nice remote control that offers the option to hide our operations when we are remotely troubleshooting client's devices so they don't see us typing in passwords or any sensitive information.

Negative: Some features are still in beta, would like to see and try them out when fully developed.
