Summary: Our overall experience with Aimsio has been outstanding. Transitioning from a paper-based system to a digital platform was seamless, thanks to Aimsio’s user-friendly interface and features. The mobile app, reporting capabilities, and scheduling tools have improved our efficiency and communication. The support team has been incredibly helpful throughout the onboarding process and beyond, ensuring we maximize the platform's potential.
Positive: We recently transitioned from a paper-based system to almost entirely paperless, thanks to Aimsio. After evaluating many web-based and software solutions, we chose Aimsio for its clean interface and integrations. The customer service has been exceptional, both during the onboarding process and in the six months since we’ve been live. Our staff and customer base quickly adapted to the program. The support team continues to assist us as we grow into the system and optimize our workflow. We couldn’t be happier with our choice.
Negative: The system's limitations are similar to those of other web-based solutions. At times, we have made customization requests that require platform-wide updates or changes. As a result, we have had to modify some of our own processes to work within the system's limitations.
