    The best social media scheduler for news publishers

    Summary: We've been using Agorapulse since 2019 and have found it to be the best solution for us as a large media organisation, mainly posting to Facebook. But Twitter and Instagram are also easy to publish content to as well through the scheduler.

    Positive: One of the best features is the drop and drag content queue. And not just one queue. You can create multiple queues for your social media channels, and schedule content quickly and easily. You can also pause posting directly from the queue.

    Negative: As a news publisher, there are a few Facebook features that are only available through Facebook directly. Things like Breaking News tags, and the ability to refresh a post's attachment/display image. However, for most marketing and publishing houses this probably won't be an issue.

    Summary: Good tool and when listening users, it can get even better: as the example of more photos and albums creation.

    Positive: I am administrating a facebook profile with other administrator as our company is in all around the world.
    I can promote in the country which I represent.

    Negative: I can not do more than one photo at once when selected location
    i cannot create an album of photos for company event.

    Great Features!

    Summary: The sales process was super smooth and things were easy. The pricing is great for what you get. Support has been great for answering questions as they come up as well- professional and courteous. A few bugs here and there, but dealing with Facebook is always tricky, so I can't put the blame all on Agorapulse and they've been quick to release updates to fix them.

    Positive: The amount of features you get is great. Everything is laid out well and is easy to navigate. The best tool for social media sales that I was able to find and I looked for a while.

    Negative: TikTok is not currently available. There aren't many that offer it anyway, so it wasn't a major factor.

    Summary: I highly recommend using Agorapulse's Chat feature. Their team is very knowledgeable and more than willing to help solve your needs.

    Positive: Jazmin is so wonderful! She addressed my questions and followed up with me in a timely manner. She was nice and professional.

    Negative: There was a little bit of wait time, from when I submitted my question to their initial response. It was only about 2 hours, nothing worth complaining over.

    Summary: The best part about Agora though is their white glove customer support. If you have any issues, they are on it and fixing right away. Everyone is so cheerful to deal with- hands down makes this my favorite and top reason to use Agora in my agency.

    Positive: The platform is highly user friendly, lots of bells and whistles. Bulk posting is made easy. Really love the changes they made to the caption writing/draft window, made it larger, much better now.

    Summary: Overall it's a really good tool especially if you need something simple out of the box and good to go.

    Positive: Super easy to use and set up. Very easy to connect your accounts and organize your social content for posting.
