Summary: It has surpassed expectations and the few times we had questions support respond very quickly and answer all questions first time. We use their document management, project management and CRM tools.

Positive: Excellent for security and project management. Document Management is a powerful and efficient tool. We can upload and display files or share files or folders with colleagues or suppliers almost instantly. Search is faster than other comparable tools. We filter on folders or search on tags and find files in seconds. Pluses for security range from login, our own database through to permissions built within the software.

Negative: At the outset we had some doubts as another short-listed provider offered a faster set-up. Later we realised how lucky we were. Adaptive took time to understand our business processes in-depth to make sure the software would match. This meant some small changes which they did before implementing. Other firms did not offer this as part of their standard set-up.
