    Summary: I'd give 5 out of 5 stars to ActiveCampaign. Its dashboard is unified and constructed well which gives every section of data in one place. Lead computing is made easy. The ActiveCampaign made setting up email campaigns for reaching wider audiences incredibly easy by allowing me to set up regular reminders for deals.

    Positive: We used ActiveCampaign to build relations with customers and to generate good-quality leads. The drag-and-drop option is very practical in my case. You don't need a separate CRM as it is already integrated. It has an intuitive UI, hence usability is easy.

    Negative: When I try to use ActiveCampaign on a large scale its performance gets slightly decreases. The contact manager is not the best.

    Summary: We moved to ActiveCampaign from Mailchimp because we needed something that could provide advanced segmentation using ecommerce data. It is so simple to use that even my mother (business partner) who is not very techy found it surprisingly easy.

    We now have the ability to have advanced email automation without having to use a tool that we barely understand. All of the processes and intuitive and improve efficiency.

    Positive: ActiveCampaign provides advanced email and CRM automation without a complicated or convoluted user experience.

    It's great for email marketing and CRM if you don't want to use 2 different tool.

    There are so many great ways to segment your audience that it has given us new ideas for email campaigns based on the behaviours and actions performed by our customers at different stages in the customer journey.

    They have a wealth of content on how to use the tool and how to get more from email marketing.

    The support is fantastic, their web chat agents are very knowledgeable about the tool's features and can help you with technical questions very quickly and efficiently, no waiting 24 hours for a reply.

    Negative: The price is a bit high for bootstrapped family startup but it is definitely worth the money.

    They need to add more advanced features for their Conversations web chat bot but it's at a very competitive price so you can't really complain.
