Summary: Accounting Seed University is of extreme help, and I highly recommend it. The overall experience was alright. Elle was pretty quick at replying to our emails. Wish there was a faster and better communication between Accounting Seed and customers.

Positive: The fact that the team worked together to help Makina Benefits transition from Quick Books to Accounting Seed. Onyinye was very helpful. She stayed with us on the phone for over an hour and helped us answer to multiple questions we had in regards to Accounting Seed. Thank you again, Ony for all your time and help.

Negative: The process is extremely slow, we were moved from one department to the other, and our problem is still not fixed. Wish Accounting Seed was more direct with their help instead of moving us from one department to the other.

We learned Accounting Seed from Accounting Seed University, but that is not enough when it comes to actually running all your activities on Accounting Seed. We definitely needed support in making sure we are setting up a strong foundation in the beginning, and that's where we wish Accounting Seed would have helped us more. After about a month, it seems like we are making progress and that Accounting Seed is finally connecting us with different groups that can help us transition.

Summary: Overall: it has been easy to manage cash inflows and outflows in real time with Accounting Seed, thus my experience is remarkably great.

Positive: I like that Accounting Seed is allocated at a fair cost estimation billed monthly.
It has been way to automate both account receivables and payables.

Negative: I barely encounter issues while managing cash flow with Accounting Seed and I use it on a daily basis.

Summary: My overall experience with Accounting Seed is awesome and it is easy and perfect to automate accounting and invoicing.

Positive: Accounting Seed has enhanced cash flow management in our organization.
I like that i have been able to reduce time takes on AP and AR Automation

Negative: I currently got no issues attached to Accounting Seed.

Summary: It is very easy to use and also easy to customize to meet your daily needs.
Also it's cost friendly to work with it.

Positive: What I like most about it is that we are able to track financial data with our clients CRM data.
Also i like how it is priceless when compared to other similar softwares.

Negative: There is nothing that prevented me from using it, since it is the best.

Summary: Overall, I would first thank the vendor support teas m that they helped me implement Accounting Seed.
I am using this tool to manage my small business accounting.

Positive: Accounting Seed is the best online accounting and invoicing software.
It has eased the procedure of forwarding invoices to the respective clients.

Negative: I no longer face issues as the deployment was handled well up to now i am using it.

Summary: It has been easy for me to manage cash flows, automate AP and AR among other invoicing and accounting processes with Accounting Seed.

Positive: Accounting Seed has all the features that i require on a daily basis to create invoices, automate account payables and receivables.

Negative: The initial implementation was overwhelming, but the support helped us overcome the challenges.

Summary: Not a lot of waiting for assistance. Prompt response to my situation was given. Accurate directions.

Positive: Clear and step by step directions as to how to resolve the problem. I did not have Admin rights but as soon as the employee with Admin rights followed the instructions, all was resolved.

Negative: I have nothing negative to say about the service.

Summary: Overall it is very user friendly, but the releases cause hiccups and it is lagging some when posting.

Positive: I like the options that are available now with the new release-- in particular AR and AP options that will available to automate that process.

Negative: I do not like that we have to configure buttons after releases. I do not like the change with payable lines and prefer the screen to mass add/delete rows. The new version of doing this add times to select the pencil to edit rather than tab over to each item.

Also it takes time and or needing to be refreshed in order to see cash receipts or the balance due on a billing.

Summary: Great product if your org is on Salesforce. Just being available on the platform alone unlocks so many opportunities.

Positive: We run most of our business on Salesforce which made Accounting Seed so attractive, as it's native to the Salesforce platform. The implementation team was great to work with and the development team is very transparent in their development roadmap, and are very receptive to product enhancement suggestions.

Negative: Accounting Seed works great for our purposes, but the most glaring weakness is currently its reporting, which is well known by the Accounting Seed team and is currently receiving a rework. However, until that is fixed, I cannot give them a 5 star rating as reporting is integral to any accounting software. With that being said, the fact that this is on the Salesforce platform alone is enough to warrant a look.

Summary: The experience to resolve the issue was generally satisfactory, however Accounting Seed is frequently counter intuitive to generally accepted accounting principles.

Positive: Dean was able to resolve our issue quickly and efficiently with just several contacts back and forth to help us regain the ability to post cash receipts and disbursements.

Negative: There was no notification that the update was processed and there may be issues with

Summary: The support from accounting seed has been easy and very helpful in most cases. I have seen many improvements an additions since purchased that became very helpful.

Positive: The ease of creating reports is extremely helpful and useful. The graphs are very useful for presentations.

Negative: Certain accounting reports are not included in accounting seed package. As an accounting program certain reports must be included as mandatory.

Summary: Overall it is a great product, just fix the applying of payments issue said in the "Cons" section.

Positive: Easy to use, links everything, great storage capabilities. It also runs reports with ease with endless possibilities on how to run said reports.

Negative: Can't un-apply payments that were done in a previous closed period without having to re-open all periods to get to that one. This shouldn't be a thing.

Summary: 4 out of 5 stars.
Wish it was more service provider friendly. Awaiting cash basis release.
Interested in more bookkeeper training.

Positive: If it were not for accounting seed integration and customizability, we wouldn't have the financial tracking and billing capabilities we have.

Negative: However, the cost of customization and maintenance is expensive, and hard to come by. Staff training is not easy either.

Summary: Overall, were it not for the pricing, I have liked everything that I carry out with Accounting Seed from cash flow management to inventory control.

Positive: It has easy to create and forward invoices to respective clients with Accounting Seed.
I like that it is effective to automate both Account Receivable and Account Payable with this tool.

Negative: It is highly expensive to acquire an account as it is billed at $55 per month.

Summary: This system has potential but it was not created by accountants and therefore some functionality is missing.

Positive: Relatively easy to search for customers and orders, can set up custom reports with relative ease; favorite reports created by other users can be accessed to gain efficiencies.

Negative: Clunky and not streamlined views of customer records, including orders; sometimes hard to find needed transactions; sometimes I have to do a lot of clicking to find what I need.
