New features that will help you to achieve incredible cost savings. Date: Feb 09 2026
Summary: I’ve been using Deadline Cloud’s Wait & Save mode for non‑urgent renders these past weeks, and it’s been excellent. By letting jobs start later on service‑managed fleets, I get lower vCPU‑hour pricing without sacrificing privacy. It’s perfect for overnight iterations and low‑priority queues, and combines smoothly with Spot or On‑Demand where needed
Positive: Wait and Save feature: Up to 95% cost savings compared to on-demand pricing
Perfect for non-time-critical workloads
No upfront commitment: pay only for what you useNegative: Not so perfect for time-critical workloads
