Summary: Overall I loved the experience, I would highly recommend the software for those looking for an Exceptional ERP system tailored to the Fashion Industry.

Positive: AIMS 360 is tailored for fashion industry, we are a smaller company that currently doesn't need to use all features needed, but in near future God Willing the system has the capability of growing with our Company Needs. Working with Amanda and Anthony the team at AIMS 360 was great, they are professional and experienced Reps. They made the integration pretty much seamless.

Negative: The learning curve in implementing the software was tedious.

Summary: I've been using AIMS360 for over 3 years and it's been great. Very user-friendly and easy to navigate with excellent customer support!

Positive: AIMS360 is really easy to learn and use. Quick responses from customer support and always so incredibly helpful.

Negative: No cons really but perhaps more customized report options.

Summary: Overall I enjoy the software very much. I rarely have issues completing my day-to-day tasks. If there are any errors or glitches in the system, I'm confident that the support team will solve and troubleshoot ASAP.

Positive: 1. I enjoy how user-friendly the system is. I personally didn't have too much trouble learning the modules.
2. Integrations help with my workload when it comes to importing orders and sending shipping confirmations.

Negative: Deleting styles and color codes when entering new data. It would be a nice feature if users had the option to delete indefinitely, instead of having to cancel and then mark the style inactive.

Summary: The team at AIMs is very helpful and always available for support. Our go-to guy is Scott when we need training for new employees and Amanda is always in touch to check in and provide updates on new features to the system that might be helpful to our company.

Positive: AIMS360 has helped us to significantly reduce redundancies in our company. We have been able to integrate our 3rd party systems like JOOR, Shopify, Rosenthal factor, and our EDI partners so we now spend almost no time on data entry and instead focus on sales and production. We have been able to take internal positions that were data entry heavy and convert them to outside sales as well.

Negative: I don't have enough time to learn the additional reporting options available that would be helpful.
