Summary: I contracted with ABC Legal for approx 4 years and it was all pretty great until this year. The base rate was lowered, not to mention that they can't keep employees. High turnaround in the support team department.
Positive: I had my own zip codes to where I would be able to serve documents in those areas plus be able to get extra jobs .
Negative: They lowered the base pay for process servers, and the support team is NEVER AVAILABLE when you need to chat with them about a job served. As a process server, you are not allowed to call them by phone, its all done through a chat on their mobile app but you can NEVER GET THROUGH. There are times that the pay for a serve is not paid and it you complain, they terminate your contract.
