Al-Ibiewi LMS is cloud-based academy management software built for online and physical Quran schools, madrasahs, Arabic institutes, Islamic schools, and independent tutors. Each academy receives its own branded, tenant-isolated workspace for admissions and enquiries, student, parent and teacher records, enrolment, one-to-one and group classes, calendars, holidays, attendance, communication, academic records, fees, and payments.
Teachers see assigned learners and upcoming classes, open Google Meet, Zoom, or Microsoft Teams links, record attendance, and log learning after every session. Quran records support new memorisation (Sabaq), recent revision (Sabqi), and older revision (Manzil/Muraja'ah), with Surah and Ayah ranges, ratings, Tajweed observations, and teacher feedback. Arabic and Islamic Studies topics can be recorded alongside Quran progress.
Parents can switch between linked children, view schedules and progress, receive notices, open monthly progress reports and report cards, pay school invoices, and join classes where appropriate. Learners receive their own schedules, assignments, messages, academic records, and class access. Directors manage admissions, timetables, group teaching, attendance, teacher hours, holiday rules, announcements, reports, report cards, and fee reconciliation. Academy holidays waive affected sessions without unfairly reducing learner attendance or teacher records.
The responsive platform works on desktop and mobile and can be installed as a PWA. It includes browser push notifications, in-app chat with text, images and voice notes, Paystack billing, a WordPress plugin, and embeddable trial-booking forms for Webflow, Wix, Squarespace, and custom websites.
