Compare Savo vs. Survey Solutions

Savo is an innovative platform that leverages AI technology to facilitate interviews aimed at maximizing human intelligence on a large scale. It engages in AI-driven dialogues with a variety of stakeholders, including employees, customers, and research participants, transforming their input into organized insights that support decision-making processes. Rather than merely condensing experiences into standard survey responses, Savo merges the depth of interviews with the expansive reach of surveys, providing organizations with both quantitative scores and the qualitative reasoning that underpins them. Users initiate the process by outlining a specific business inquiry or opting for a pre-designed Signal Event, leading Savo's Event Studio to produce a facilitation guide based on its proprietary Signal Science framework. Participants have the convenience of joining via a simple link from any device, allowing them to express their thoughts either verbally or through text without the need for prior scheduling. Throughout the interaction, the interviewer maintains neutrality while guiding discussions, asking probing questions, and clarifying points. The participants' statements are then transformed into evidence units, which are assessed against established and validated criteria, compared among different participants, and systematically categorized into discernible patterns, ultimately enriching the organization’s understanding of the insights gathered. This comprehensive approach not only enhances data collection but also fosters a deeper connection between organizations and their stakeholders.
