A default is declared when a payment is just one dollar late, and for the purposes of this Warranty, it is specifically characterized as no payment being received for a period of 30 days, provided that it is not at least 25% of the total amount due. This timeframe for assessing delinquency is vital, and it is essential not to let your customers' payments drop below this threshold without promptly filing a claim. By understanding these terms, you can better navigate the complexities of your obligations and support your customers effectively.
