Software Subscription an on going item, calculated on number of users, Per User/Per Year
This covers the cost of your employees using the system, all system upgrades and enhancements
and
Implementation which is usually incurred in the first year to configure the system, integrate to other systems and train employees. This is unique to each client based on business complexity, size and extensions.
With a detailed project scope implementation costs are presented up front on a fixed cost for the defined project scope
