No one certifies software for this — what exists is the producer's declaración responsable, readable inside the app. Spain, SES.HOSPEDAJES — renter and driver data to the Ministry of the Interior under RD 933/2021, sent under the operator's own credentials. Deposits are held on a card the customer saves through the operator's own Stripe account, with the hold re-authorised every 7 days and partially captured at return.
