Rent Manager is a fully integrated property management, accounting, CRM, marketing, reporting, and facility-maintenance software suite that enables users to manage all types of properties.
Users can completely customize the platform and reconfigure multiple aspects; including how reports and documents are generated, the appearance of the interface, and which information is displayed on a user-by-user basis.
The double-entry accounting system allows users to track every aspect of their business’ finances—whether they manage a single community or hundreds of properties.
Rent Manager helps reduce time spent on routine tasks by streamlining daily activities, letting users invest more time in growing their business. Using the rmAppSuite Pro mobile app, property managers can access their data in the field to conduct inspections, communicate with tenants, track violations, read meters, and more, directly from their smartphone.
Rent Manager also provides more than 450 built-in reports designed to help users answer important questions about their operations—from the financial status of their portfolio to services issues, vacancies, rent roll, leasing, and more.
Description
The Hide Null Data functionality enables you to replace a data field with a personalized message. For instance, if you prefer not to reveal the property price, you can choose the “Call” option, resulting in the display of “Call for Price” on the frontend. This message is adaptable and can be updated through the Flex system. Additionally, this feature provides control over whether to reveal the visitor's address. By inputting the location for each property and selecting the option to “hide the address,” all address-related elements, including maps, will be concealed from view. Instead, you can present a message like “Please call for more details.” This capability aligns with regulations present in certain countries. By default, property locations are visible to visitors. Furthermore, you can customize Listing Types such as For Sale, For Rent, Vacation Rental, and Shared Accommodation to suit your specific requirements. This level of customization ensures a tailored experience for both the property owners and the potential renters or buyers.
